  • How can I save money on my house move?

    Our highly-trained removalists are among the best in the business. While we guarantee a fast and safe move, there are steps you can take to save even more money:

    • Clear Hallways: Ensure hallways and doorways are clear so removalists can easily access larger items like beds and couches.
    • Pack Properly: Box up items neatly and avoid overfilling. Label each box with the room it should go in at your new home.
    • Disassemble Furniture: Disassemble beds and flat-pack items before removalists arrive. Unplug white goods and technology the day before.
    • Pack Wisely: Only pack items your removalist can transport.
    • Consider Weekday Rates: Moving on a weekday can often be cheaper than on weekends.
  • How will you protect my furniture on the move?

    We use a large supply of clean blankets to carefully wrap and protect your furniture. Once wrapped, we secure your items in the truck with flat ties and straps to prevent any dents or damage.


    Our experienced movers understand that safe transport goes beyond just securing items. They use proper handling and maneuvering techniques, the right tools, clear communication, and teamwork to ensure your furniture arrives safely at its new destination.

  • Can you give me an estimate?

    We can provide an estimate over the phone based on your description of the move. We typically recommend using the hourly rate system for several reasons.


    Fixed quotes often include extra charges to cover unforeseen circumstances, as every move is unique. Some companies might offer low quotes to secure the job, but this can lead to subpar service. We believe the hourly rate system is the fairest and most transparent method for both parties, ensuring you only pay for the time and effort actually required.

  • What are your payment options?

    We offer several convenient payment options, including Afterpay, EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), direct debit, and cash. Choose the method that works best for you!


    Note: there may be a 2% surcharge applied to all card and afterpay transactions.

  • Do you travel further than the areas listed?

    Yes, we offer personalised quotes for moves Australia-wide, regardless of the distance or size of the move. Whether you're moving locally or across the country, we can accommodate your needs.

  • How far in advance should I book my move?

    We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during busy periods. Ideally, try to book at least 2-4 weeks in advance. However, we understand that moves can happen unexpectedly, and we will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
